Nous fabriquons des pièces à géométrie très complexe avec de très faibles tolérances (<10 microns) et fournissons ces pièces directement en bord de chaine prêtes à l’assemblage avec les traitements spécifiés.
Nos ingénieurs et techniciens sont garants des exigences et des délais d’industrialisation.
Nous gérons des nomenclatures complexes et propose une prestation complète incluant, outre la mécanique de précision, les services de montage, d’assemblage ou d’intégration de sous-ensembles mécaniques et électromécaniques.
Chaque marché appelle ses normes et ses exigences spécifiques qui sont prises en compte de la conception jusqu’aux opérations de finition. Nous réalisons les pièces à partir de barres, de lopins, de bruts forgés ou de fonderies.
Notre parc de machines numériques et le très haut niveau de qualification de nos équipes permettent de réaliser les opérations de tournage, fraisage, découpe EDM fil, enfonçage EDM, assemblage, ajustage, finition…
Grâce à un réseau de sous-traitants qualifiés, nous gérons de manière totalement intégrée tous types de procédés spéciaux : CND, traitements de surface, thermique, adhérisation….
Nous mettons à votre disposition une prestation complète et vous livrons un produit ou un sous-ensemble prêt à monter en bord de chaine.
